Giving Back in San Carlos Park & Southwest Florida

Local Means Showing Up.

San Carlos Park isn’t just where I work — it’s home. Over the years I’ve been involved in different community events and local organizations around Southwest Florida, including San Carlos Park, Estero, Fort Myers, and Naples.

To me, real estate is more than buying and selling houses. It’s people, neighbors, and community.

Here are a few things I’ve been lucky to be part of.

Giving Back in San Carlos Park & SWFL

San Carlos Park isn’t just where I work — it’s home. Real estate is people, neighbors, and community.

During the hurricane, we cooked meals and handed them out to neighbors in San Carlos Park. Hard times, real community.

We helped around 200 kids at Three Oaks Park with backpacks and school supplies. One of those days you never forget.

I’ve helped with NABOR community events across Southwest Florida. Simple moments, big impact.

We walked 5th Ave in Naples for St. Patrick’s Day with NABOR. Good vibes and real community spirit..

We’ve helped with Trunk or Treat through NABOR and church for years. Kids dressed up, families smiling — that’s the good stuff.

Christmas time means giving back — meals, toys, and real love for local families. One of my favorite events every year.

Every closing has a strategy behind it — pricing, timing, and negotiation.
Below are a few homes I’ve helped clients buy and sell across Southwest Florida, plus real words from the people I worked with.

Year after year, we show up for the San Carlos Park July 4 Parade. Real hometown vibes.

Sold homes + real client feedback.

Hurricane Support: Meals for the Community

During the hurricane, we cooked meals ourselves and handed them out to neighbors in San Carlos Park. It was a tough time, but it reminded me how strong this community really is.

School Supply Giveaway (Three Oaks Park)

One of my favorites, when we sponsored a school supply giveaway at Three Oaks Park and helped around 200 kids with backpacks and supplies. Seeing those kids walk away excited for school honestly stuck with me.

San Carlos Park July 4 Parade

Year after year, we’re part of the San Carlos Park July 4 parade. It’s one of those days that makes this neighborhood feel like a real hometown.

Family Day and local outreach projects.

I've helped with community events through NABOR over the years, I’ve always liked being part of something that brings people together.

Patrick’s Day (5th Ave Naples)

One year we walked 5th Ave in downtown Naples for St. Patrick’s Day with NABOR. Just a fun day, good vibes, and a lot of community spirit.

Trunk or Treat (NABOR + Church)

For the past seven years, we’ve helped with Trunk or Treat events through NABOR and church. Seeing the kids dressed up and having fun never gets old.

Christmas Giving (Toys + Meals)

During Christmas time, we’ve helped with NABOR projects bringing meals and toys to local families. It’s one of those things that puts life in perspective every single year.

Habitat for Humanity Builds

I’ve also volunteered with Habitat for Humanity to help build homes for families in need here in Southwest Florida. It’s hard work, but it feels good knowing you helped someone’s future home become real.

Clean Our Waters

Gloves on, bags full, and real community vibes.
Not glamorous, not fancy — just real community work.
